Ballard began his career as a Business Analyst with Washington, D.C. boutique management consulting firm Markowitz & McNaughton Inc. conducting buy and sell side due diligence and market research for Fortune 500 companies.   He moved back to Georgia in 2002 to complete his MBA, get married, and raise a family.  Since then, he has advised hundreds of mid-sized businesses to help them achieve industry leading growth.  Most recently, Ballard led the acquisition of a private-label chemical manufacturer as its CFO and then CEO where he organically grew enterprise value from $40million to over $80million in just four years.
